Global Corporate Venturing has honored Troy Arnold, Partner at Echo Health Advisors, as one of its 2026 Emerging Leaders, 50 corporate venture capital executives finding industry-leading success in the mid-stage of their careers.

GCV reported in Arnold’s award profile that his most rewarding part of working in the industry “is being closely involved when real problems are on the table.” Arnold “values situations where ideas need to be reworked, products refined, or partnerships reconsidered and where progress depends on staying engaged rather than observing from a distance.”

As partner at Echo Health Ventures’ strategic engagement team, Arnold and his colleagues work closely with portfolio companies, helping guide discussions with Echo’s partners to shape products, refine pitches and also work closely to restart work that is not delivering results.

“We hear teams in corporate venture talk about looking through the window to see if something is going to succeed, and at Echo, we actually get the front-row seat to that work,” he says.
