As Director of Operations & Administration, Misty supports Echo’s leadership team in executing on the firm’s strategic goals, assists in managing the firm’s budget and operating expenses and is responsible for developing and managing communications with Echo’s stakeholders.
Misty joins Echo Health Ventures after spending over 20 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina where she served in various roles from Underwriting to Business Planning, and most recently served as the Director of Operations of Legal & Administrative Affairs.
Misty has completed the Heritage Program through Mount Olive College, is a certified Change Agent and Registered Health Underwriter.
